As part of Singapore's Healthier SG strategy, the Clementi Polyclinic aims to address the challenges posed by an ageing population and improve population health outcomes. We believe in keeping individuals healthy, promoting preventive health and early intervention, while also providing appropriate care to those with existing needs.

Our wayfinding design concept for Clementi Polyclinic encourages patients and their families to live an active lifestyle, through inspiring environmental graphics that showcase pleasurable exercises that can be done around the Clementi district.
